I lived in New York City for 20 years and found the people to be fabulous. There is just no bullshit with them. I was proud to be a New Yorker.

I suspect that you are aware of the fact that Mikey Bloomberg is and has always been a liberal Democrat. He originally ran as a Republican to avoid the crowds of Democrats running.


He is efficient and understands how to delegate power, but has an overwhelming desire to run everybody's lives down to the smallest detail: sound like a Republican to you?

But, one that is disappointing, and illustrative of the religious values of Democrats is one political icon here in NYC....former Mayor Ed Koch.

A usually strong supporter of Israel, one who backed Bob Turner for Anthony Weiner's seat because the administration wasn't backing Israel....has turned on Israel and stumped for Obama here and in Florida.
