Sure they do if they own a Christian bakery and they sub-contract out the making of a SSM (Same Sex Marriage) cake to a Muslim bakery.

I'm thinkin' of opening my own bakery and doing just that. I can sub-contract out and make a ton of money off of even one refused cake... After ten or twenty of them I can retire in say about three months.

You DO know that Michigan doesn't have sexual orientation listed under their PA laws, right? Any baker, Muslim or Christian or whatever could refuse to bake a cake for a gay couple in Michigan. Totally legal.

In Michigan, it would have been totally legal....because, unlike Oregon, Michigan does not include sexual orientation in their PA laws. ANYONE could have refused service to a gay couple in Michigan......totally legal.
