Man, you really are a brainwashed cult moron. :auiqs.jpg:
Remember, Biden testified voluntarily, he was not under court order to testify.
So he was testifying under voluntary agreement.

From Hurr report.

Mr. Biden turned in classified documents to the National Archives and the Department of Justice, consented to the search of multiple locations including his homes, sat for a voluntary interview. and in other ways cooperated with the investigation.

So? In no way does his testimony fall under executive privilege, Dumbass.

If the president says it applies, then it applies.
How does his testimony about stealing classified documents while a Senator and VP meet these requirements:

Legal challenges have established two general categories of executive privilege: presidential communications and deliberative process.

The presidential communications privilege applies to communications involving the president or his staff that immediately pertain to the president's decision-making process. The idea, according to Mark Rozell, a professor at George Mason University, and author of a book on executive privilege, is that "the president should have the right to candid advice without fear of public disclosure."

Deliberative process involves a broader scope of executive branch activity: discussions involving White House staff or within other agencies on legal or policy decisions that don't necessarily involve the president or his immediate advisers. Again, the argument is that government officials need to feel like they can talk honestly. The deliberative process privilege, Rozell says, is generally easier to challenge than a claim of presidential communications privilege.

Read this and weep, brainwashed idiot.

Congress could file a lawsuit against him or try to arrest or fine him to force him to comply. But that's a long shot. Disputes over executive privilege are usually settled with a compromise between the executive branch and legislatures.

Let congress file a lawsuit, and wait for the supreme court to hear it.

In about two years.

So you admit the claim is bullshit and just a stalling tactic.

Baby steps......

Or they could fight it in court, which by the time it gets to the USSC would take 2-4 years.

I'm saying one side believes there's a privilege, the other doesn't, and the court will have to make the call on a case by case basis.

Remember the court legally created the privilege in 1974 with Richard Nixon.

And Hurr already decided Biden shouldn't be charged with a crime. Hence the crime exception would not apply.

Strike two.

Biden used EP to stop Trump's asseaters like Jordan from getting their filthy hands om that tape so they can use it for Spanky Trump's campaign. Trump's jerkoffs in the HOR can't do shit to Garland because Biden exercised EP, Skippy.

Keep trying & crying.

I'm asking YOU to tell us why this would fall under EP.

I have given you the parameters of EP. How is this Biden debating policy with his WH advisors?

That's odd. You idiots have been telling us Tater is on his game..........sharp as a tack..........best President ever.

So how would his testimony on video destroy all that?

Be specific, troll.

Care to respond to the fact that Spanky's asseaters in the HOR can't do jack shit to Garland because Biden exercised EP, or do want to dodge facts? Didn't Spanky's toadies know that?

They have the transcript & that's all they're getting. And they can eat shit & like it, just like you are.

Republicans need to hammer Joe about these tapes. They need to force the issue into the MSM and set up demands for Biden to be asked in the debates to release the tapes. No doubt TRUMP will bring it up we'll have to see how Tapper runs cover for Biden, probably will cut TRUMP's mic.

Now the DOJ is corrupt? Wouldn't mueller and 19DEMs be outraged if two-three years of work was being whitewashed? Yet, not a peep.

I suggested making the DOJ independent in 2019... You guys said it was fine the way it was.
