I heard the actual audio and Trump never said do it legally. The mere fact an actual candidate would personally call an election official and talk about votes counted, is improper and illegal.

#1 You forgot Attorney General William Barr and Commerce Secretary Wilbur Rose in your list of only active cabinet members held in contempt.

#2 Obama exerted executive privilege's over the documents that Holder didn't turn over and because of that there was no criminal prosecution. You can't send someone to jail without a prosecution.

Impeachment doesn't remove people from office. As we saw with Trump - twice.

It takes conviction in the Senate.

It's very unlikely that articles of impeachment will (re: AG) make it through the House and there is no way on God's green Earth that the AG being impeached for recovering illegally held classified Documents from MAL will result in conviction.
