A barren woman does not become a man by reason of her inability to conceive. A man with weak sperm is not a woman and no magic makes a male anus into a vagina. There is no physical disability than makes a man into a woman. There might be mental instabilities giving a delusion that a person of one sex can be another. Mental instability does not affect DNA or chromosomes which remain the same.

The controversy is a bit ridiculous. A church can elect to marry two men the same way it can elect to give sacrament by handling snakes.
