Michael Cohen office raided by FBI

ASK FOLKS if they think paying off a whore to keep quite is a campaign expense or a personal expense. ASK THEM.

Sure ask them.

"Given that a billionaire had sex with a porn star in 2006 and his personal lawyer then paid her $130,000 in 2016 just 11 days before an election. Do you think the payment of $130,000 to the porn star not to reveal her story just days before the election was done to keep the information from the American voter and influence the outcome of the election by withholding this information?"

If you are going to ask, then context of the question matters.

Of course it is. Their testimony could have been harmful to his campaign. Shutting them up was therefore of value to his campaign. That renders it a campaign contribution.
Sure, if you can get a whole jury to buy that, go with it sparky.
LOLOL

Oh? Pray tell, what story could Cohen possibly make up to a jury to convince them he took out an equity line against his own home to pay off a prostitute $130,000 for something of which was worth no value to Trump’s campaign??

:lmao::lmao::lmao:

Sure, you can word it that way, and make it sound that way, but it will still come down to partisan politics, and you are daft if you don't think it won't.

Go ahead, run a poll on this site.

It comes down to POV and whether or not you are a partisan.

ASK FOLKS if they think paying off a whore to keep quite is a campaign expense or a personal expense. ASK THEM.

No way you will ever get a unanimous jury opinion in this climate. No way.
Well if this was ever presented to a jury, how do you think the prosecution would word it?

If this raid was really about paying off whores?

I don't think it will matter. America will be pissed at the establishment that they have violated attorney client privilege over something so trivial.

Only rabid partisans would actually condone such behavior by the bureaucracy and the police state. Our very liberty and freedom is at stake here. None of this warrants such abuse of power.
If the raid was about paying off Stormy Daniels, there is no attorney-client privilege. Both Cohen and Trump agree that Trump had nothing to do with it. Cohen says he’s 100% responsible and never consulted with Trump.

Agents in a raid this week sought records on the “Access Hollywood” tape in which Mr. Trump was heard making vulgar comments about women, as well as any evidence that Michael D. Cohen, the president’s lawyer, tried to suppress damaging reports.

Well, ain't this an interesting development. Drip, drip, drip...

You underestimate the servility of the American people. They are no longer the rugged individualists of yesterday. They are welfare state drones who want mommy government to take care of them.

Lisa Bloom admitted on national television that she offered women as much as $750,000 to smear Trump. According to your theory, shouldn't that count as an illegal campaign contribution?

Maybe.

Did she do it? No?

Well then, back to the topic, Mr. whataboutism...

What if Trump says you're fired and Mueller says no?
What If Trump Says 'You're Fired' and Mueller Says No?

Mueller is going to work for free, with no staff, no office, not even a paperclip?

As we know now, the focus of the raid was for documents related to the Access Hollywood tape by Billy Bush. It seems that out of all the documents turned over, there are none related to that tape.
Yes Tippsy Even Republicans

If they pass this, I feel the Great Douche will resign sooner with a Pardon deal.
But the States will sue and bring criminal charges. I wonder if IT will use AF1,
Take that the last ride to RUSSIA or Florida?

This is unbelievable. If this doesn’t prove a witch hunt, I don’t know what does. And they obviously are grasping to have to attempt this.

Michael Cohen raid sought 'Access Hollywood' tape records
Documents related to the infamous 2005 “Access Hollywood” tape featuring President Trump’s vulgar comments about women were being sought during the FBI raid of the office and hotel room of Trump’s personal attorney earlier this week, Fox News confirmed on Wednesday.

The search Monday was aimed at obtaining evidence that Michael Cohen attempted to suppress harmful material about Trump ahead of the 2016 presidential election, multiple people briefed on the warrant reportedly claimed.

Imagine if each member of Congress had his/her lives investigated over the last 10yrs....even prior to their terms. No stone left unturned, every bathroom discussion, every pizza “dinner” party with “friends”. Do you think the rule of law would matter to them?

Bring it on! Our nation is 'led' by a bunch of corrupt, self-serving crooks. And they are handsomely rewarded for their 'service'.
It's not unreasonable to expect honesty and accountability by our representatives.
