Of course. They want to make it easy to have masked ANTIFA dropping off thousands of ballots. They know Trump may win Michigan so are making it easier to cheat.

The bill’s effective date is 91 days after the final adjournment of the 2024 regular session. Because the legislative session is still ongoing, the bill will not go into effect until well beyond the November election. Nonetheless, confident of the bill’s passage and eager to expedite implementation, Benson’s office already had a first set of rules relating to the conduct of election recounts in the can and ready for public comment before Gov. Gretchen Whitmer even signed SB 603 into law on July 8.

A mandatory hearing for comment on this set of rules — which reflect the new law’s provisions drastically limiting the opportunity for recounts, the definition of fraud, and the ability of canvassers to investigate — was set for June 17. The SB 603 rules were then also sent to Michigan’s Board of State Canvassers for approval.

The board, composed of two Republicans and two Democrats appointed by Gov. Whitmer, gave the green light to Benson’s rules within two weeks of the bill being signed into law. Neither of the Republicans, Richard Houskamp and Anthony Daunt, responded to a request for comment regarding the approval of the rules.

The new board-approved rules regarding the conduct of election recounts concentrate power at the state and county levels. Michigan Fair Elections Founder Patrice Johnson noted this potential danger.

Dems are the masters of cheating. So watch the boxes and disable any vehicle that is engaged in fraudulent voting operations.

It is critical that Lara Trump's "boots on the ground" keep an eye on the election officials in all of the swing states. This is what they live for, the 2020 election was "won" with less than 50,000 swing state votes and this election could be close as well.

Democrats have no scruples whatsoever. They will do whatever is necessary to win in November, by fair means or foul. And then they say the repubs are a threat to democracy.
If they will assassinate you, chances are they will cheat in an election as well.

The trumpers convulse, as their plans to steal an election get whittled away.

Leave the election theft to your side in 2020 and 2024. None of this would be an issue if voting procedures were administered in a honest and straight up fashion.
Nobody outside of your embarrassing cult cares about your sore loser lies. Sorry.

With the lack of voter confidence in the election process it would be wise for Democrats to tread lightly. The legislation there in Michigan doesn't merit any special urgency in its implementation.

Have you not read about the arrests and pending prosecutions of peole who exploited these.loopholes in Michigan?

Sure, they got caught, but the delays and expense they caused -- not to mention the number of peope they fooled -- are worth doing something about.

How’s that work when Democrats give less chance for audits?
These hate Nazi's are a total joke, the most corrupt treasonous criminal organization in the country wining about the patriots of this country doing something they don't like. These Hate Nazi's and their God Trump are a hoot. They are so over.
