ONE juvenile having life-altering surgery is far too many. If a juvenile does not have the capacity to have consensual sex, how can they consent to having gender-bending surgery?

Except teenagers have sex with each other all the time, it's only a crime when they do it with an adult.

I really think they simply cannot understand why anyone would deny themselves anything and put obstacles in the way to make it more difficult to obtain. I have to think that the percentage of wives who wish their husbands would take such steps to avoid pron would be rather high.
