Vice President Mike Pence does not buy into the kooky conspiracy theory that the bombs sent to Democrats throughout the United States were a "false flag." Yesterday Pence tweeted:
We condemn the attempted attacks against fmr Pres Obama, the Clintons, _@CNN_ & others. These cowardly actions are despicable & have no place in this Country. Grateful for swift response of _@SecretService_, _@FBI_ & local law enforcement. Those responsible will be brought to justice.

Sorry, where does he say he doesn't believe they might have been sent by someone to make the right look bad?

He doesn't say either way, which is my point. Only a dumbass runs out right away and starts making declarations about who did it and why, without any hard evidence either way.

Mike Pence is an intelligent, mature adult, who addressed the only thing we can know right now, and all that really matters: WHOEVER did it, WHYEVER they did it, it was despicable and unacceptable and needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

But the problem is when there are total conspiracy theorists like this knot-head tell the teabagging numb-skulls this....
Fox Business Network host Lou Dobbs, who is prone to peddling conspiracy theories and is a prominent supporter of President Trump, asserted without evidence on Thursday that it was "fake news" that suspicious packages were mailed this week to high-profile Democrats and the New York City offices of CNN.
"Fake bombs," Dobbs wrote in a tweet posted to his verified account Thursday morning. "Who could possibly benefit by so much fakery?"
Then the fool that is in the whitehouse has no character to come out and say anything to the contrary.
You have the teabaggers.

I guess it's surprising that that there are some actual grown-ups in this government.

He doesn't, which in itself does not indicate he doesn't believe it, only that he didn't say it.

Conservatives have a thread claiming that the bomb was fake, because it could not detonate.
The vice president called it an attempted attack. You don’t attack people with fake bombs.

He called it an attempted attack. You truthers claim that nobody attempted to attack anyone. You were just in shock that Mike Pence and you disagree in one thing.

Limbaugh added that none of the bombs went off before suggesting, also without evidence, that a "Democrat operative" was attempting to create the appearance that there "are mobs everywhere."

And this conspiracy idiot the the teabaggers love.

The vice president called it an attempted attack. You don’t attack people with fake bombs.

No, but you do attack your opponents by trying to frame them.

You can try to word-parse into "Ah ha! He agrees with me!" until your face turns blue. Won't matter to me one way or another. Two facts remain: 1) we have no idea who did it or why, and 2) NO ONE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS EXCEPT THE ACTUAL PERSON.

Anything you have to say that assume facts other than those, the answer is "Nope. Uh uh. Stopped listening."

Truther? Is that the neat handle the crazy left gives to people who are skeptical about charges made before the facts come in? Let's hope lefties don't get on many juries.

It's obvious who the bomber is.

He's Hannity's biggest fan.

He's the other 400-lb guy in the bed with a laptop and Twitter.

He has photos of Judge Jeanine on his ceiling and masturbates to them nightly.

He's traveled to attend Trump's rallies, wears a MAGA hat and has personally harassed Robert Costa of CNN.

Pence referred to an attack on Obama, Clinton etc. You make no sense. You say there was an attempt to frame Obama, Clinton, etc.? I’m so confused.

Who is "you truthers"? Are you saying that anyone who tries to point out basic facts, instead of immediately cheering on your inflammatory, partisan rhetoric is automatically a believer that it was a hoax, because it's absolutely impossible for anyone to think anything else?

The moment you kneejerked to "you truthers", you lost any debate that might have happened had you not gone straight from "conversation" to "me vs. you".

I sincerely doubt you will provide anything more intelligent and adult than you have at this point, which is not a damned thing. Therefore, I bid your empty bile and vitriol farewell.

Dismissed.

These are not the actions of the leadership in either party. Pardon the pun, but it's far more likely that something like this would blowup in their face.
Sending bombs that don't work to the wrong address with misspelled names points to a low level political activist with a serious lacking in mental capabilities.

At least some responsibility lies with our political leaders who seem to ignore the power of their words.
