But most people will not accept that argument. They know from personal experience (or what they have read) that -- for example -- almost all of the people that commit crimes on the New York subway, for example, are, well, you know the answer.

Even the Rev. Jesse Jackson many years ago admitted that he would be, uh, concerned if he walked down the street at night and realized that he was being followed by, well, you know the answer.

federal tax rates, have nothing to do with how local govts run their cities. As far as drug prohibition , that was a bipartisan effort, started back during the so called “progressive” era…leading to xiden and clintons 94 crime bill…some of that has been undone by Trump and the GoP’s first step act, but frankly won’t undo decades of leftist leadership in the few years it’s been law.
