of a people. In my early childhood-----I lived for a time in a place
near the spot where THOMAS EDISON invented the light bulb---he was
considered a local hero. There is no accounting for TASTES

I can even remember when JONAS SALK ---invented the vaccine against
poliomyelitis------he was a big hero too.

It really is remarkable who moslems define as their heroes. Moslems seem to have parked their hind quarters in seventh century Arabia. They so often see the fascistic infliction of suffering and mass murder in God's name as the illusion of pious Moslems (heroes such as bin laden and the “palestinian” arab mass murderers), being granted a noble martyr's death: Hey, it's your delusion—have at it.

The reality is, however, that the thugs, misogynists and murderers Moslems define as heroes live and thrive off of the suffering of everyday humans. They find solace in bloodshed. They see God's design in destruction and suffering. They feed on the hatred and the agony of others. They think murderers who live that life are holy, but the rest of us know that it's vile and retrograde.

And in the end, Moslem’s heroes bin laden and the talibums live like wretched, panting vermin being hunted day and night by us. They never know comfort, love, or peace, only the frantic scrambling for a new hole to hide in. The lives of islam’s holy heroes have prices on them that we can afford to pay many, many times over.
