Come on guys.. I was being sarcastic.

Trump isn't failing for lack of trying. He's currently fighting to defang a bipartisan bill already passed by the Senate that would make it more difficult for his administration to overturn the Russian sanctions. The confiscation of the diplomatic properties in question are a part of those sanctions.

I thought they already passed that

Last I read it was being held up in the House.
