Bringing much needed rain to California. And a third system is forming. And here's NOAA's three month projection for rain:

But, that's not what meteoro-atmospheric physicist and dedicated commie fighter Billy Bob told us was going to happen! ! !

Actually in an el Nino cycle, it is normal. El Nino is expected to weaken sometime in Feb.

Now Silly Billy states that no El Nino exists, and even if it does, it is not going to have any affect on the US. LOL

You know something - I personally don't give a damn what's causing it. The snow pack in both the Sierras and Rockies is going great.

Completely agree. Eastern Oregon and Eastern Washington need this. We cannot afford another year like last year. We damn near lost several towns. Near my hometown, the Strawberry Wilderness Area had 2/3 of it's area burned. Much of the problem concerning the BLM stems from the necessity of cutting down the number of grazing permits because of the drought.

The mountain snow looks beautiful.

El Nino still at 2.6, so it looks like NOAA is correct, this thing is going to be with us until at least March.
