Naked and Afraid “star” found dead.

I'll be the first to admit I partied my ass off in my youth. Once I met the Wife I straightened out.
Yeah...us too...we were a little wild.

For me it was just alcohol. Mrs. MO was a little more... experimentally oriented...but I don't think she did anything beyond dropping acid at Ozzy Osbourne concerts.

Can you believe Ozzy has a new album coming out?

They're probably gonna have to wheel him out on a handtruck for the tour.

Here's his new single...

I'll admit the Wife had partaken in some extracurricular chemicals with me but we both agreed to stop.
Coke was our drug of choice. After awhile you recognize the damage it's doing.
So we just stopped doing the stuff.
I wish ciggs were as easy to quit as the cola was.

But the question is: when her body was found, was she naked?
No cause of death was given, so I looked up "likely causes of sudden death"
The website said there were 4 likely causes of a sudden death:
1. Heart attack
2. ARDS (Acute Respiratory Disorder Syndrome)
3. (Hemorrhagic Stroke) Rupture of blood artery in brain that can result in instant death
4. Pulmonary embolus (PE) Clot in lung or lungs, oxygen deprivation

She's aged 35. Young women can have strokes early on. My sister had a stroke at age 20, but survived it.
I bet it was a stroke if her death was natural.

At 20 ??
She was probably never the same

She was my baby sister, but she lived to be 63 years old. But she had COPD in her older years and she couldn't give up smoking. She died 3 months after my late husband. I don't know how I got through the next 2 years because the two people i loved the most were gone. I sewed charity baby quilts nonstop and donated them to a charity center for single moms. I'd complete 10 in a month sometimes, and delivered them by tens for a few years after my loved ones passed. I haven't hardly touched my sewing machine lately. Fortunately, I lived off the happy memories both of them gave me. But I didn't post here much for several years, forgot my password so changed my avie and handle until my broken heart mended a little. Then I dated a really sweet rancher guy who died a year and a half later from lung cancer. Smoking is not my friend. Because of Covid and Monkey Pox, I have little use for going to town or anywhere else lately. I'm catching up on all the dvds I bought for my late husband that he loved to watch. I must have a thousand dvds. I bought ones that were from the days when there was no swearing nor soft porn allowed on tv and the G movies for that matter. I love old time movies!

Biggest mistake I made was buying a fresh pack after eight weeks of Basic tobacco free.

But probably 15 years ago I was driving along... Shook out a smoke and lit it... Took a drag, looked down at the hand on the steering wheel and there was a lit cigarette sticking up between two fingers

That's when I decided to quit.

Not when I quit, but when I decided I was addicted and not just smoking because I wanted to.

Some time not long after, I got the flu with a cough so bad I couldn't smoke.

Three day I went without because I had no choice. When I could physically smoke again I was like... well, it's been three days, might as well go for four... and that was my last cigarette from then to now.

The missus still smokes... Which isn't ideal but, it doesn't bother me.

When I get a hankerin' to smoke, I spark up a pipe of this stuff, which is the last decent thing to come outta California...

I've never been a pipe smoker, but would like to try this. Maybe it will help me finally quite the ol cigs? So my question is..what kind of pipe? Any recommendations?

Nine bucks and smokes for less than 10 minutes.... But you can also roll this stuff in cigarette papers and smoke it that way.

I stopped smoking for about six months then ran into some stressful events in my life and started again.
The vape pens helped a lot. The thing about nicotine gum and similar products is you dont get that throat feel, vape pens do.

Im afraid of vape pens. So many stories of them blowing up!

The electric car manufacturers are starting to make a big deal out of all of the lithium that's used in them ending up in the landfills.

They're saying they're wasting tons of lithium that could be used on electric car batteries instead of the vape things.

So, they've been going after that whole industry.

That was just a random thought I had flipping through the thread, but it's true. That whole industry will probably come under attack here in the near future. Likely from a few different angles.
