No. The whole point is that when you swear an oath on something - you swear it on something that is MEANINGFUL to YOU.

If the Koran is meaningful to you, then the Constitution is not.

What is so funny about that is both the Bible and the Quran would be considered antithetical to the Constitution, by your definition.
