Stuff is killer.
 
This stuff is the bomb. I like a good verde sauce, probably better than traditional red.
The lime makes it... absolutely awesome on carnitas etc.

I'll look up the hot sauce --- I live in Maryland and we use a lot of Old Bay seasoning.

My current favorites are Franks and Tabasco.

I wonder if anyone outside the Northeast appreciates the name of the product.

It's pretty common on most coast lines.
We've used it for shrimp boils my whole life. And yes I know where they got the name.
