The most anti-climactic moment yet from the congressional hearings on the riot at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, came yesterday when Committee Chairman Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.) indicated that the panel would not refer anyone to the Justice Department for criminal justice prosecution.

This surprised many of Thompson’s colleagues who had been traveling the country and squawking in front of cameras for months that the committee was going to send people to jail.

Thompson’s surprise announcement has taken the wind out of the committee’s sails and given the leftist commentariat the vapors.

The whole Salem Witch Trial is a show where they hope to make it where Trump can not run.. It is not going to work. Even the lib media is abandoning the narrative... the show is a flop and its going to boomerang on them for the mid terms. There are about thirty house seats that were supposed to be safe that are now flipped to GOP leads of 5 points or more.. Mid terms are going to be a wipe out for democrats.

The "Memo" on electors' manipulations on the surface seems to be bad for Trump until it is realized it was IMPOSSIBLE for it to work thus nothing there because the 50 States Secretary of State CERTIFIED the elector ballots by December 19 the latest.

The "Memo" on electors' manipulations on the surface seems to be bad for Trump until it is realized it was IMPOSSIBLE for it to work thus nothing there because the 50 States Secretary of State CERTIFIED the elector ballots by December 19 the latest.

People don't understand that it is the state's Secretary of State who certifies the Electoral College votes. NOT the HOR. All the House of Reps do is accept them or reject them. The whole thing is nothing burger..
