I wonder....did "someone" (hubby) place some c-4 in the crust in failed attempt at a coup?

i took the crust outta the oven and put it on the oven top...it exploded....the stove top was dry and warm..there was no reason for the explosion other than the pan thought my crust sucked as much as i did
KABOOM !!!

i forgot to prick the bottom and sides...it puffed up and pulled away the sides....hubby is making another one...

i make killer fillings lol just crusts suck....

Try making tarts instead. Or fruit desserts without crusts. Other than the occasional pie or something, I don't work with dough. It hates me, and I hate it. If I do a pie, I always buy a Pillsbury pie crust. They come in 2 rolls to a box for your top and bottom crusts. You just unroll them and put your slits in them, and they are good to go! :) Dough is a PITA!

I made an apple crisp that I'm bringing into work today. Really easy and no dough!

No matter HOW MUCH flour I use, it seems to get stuck to everything. The surface I am using, the rolling pin. I'm getting annoyed just thinking about it!

o the clean up .....lol you are so right and it takes a while chilling it and all

hubby freezes everything before he makes one.....cutting board....bowls etc rolling pin
