WASHINGTON (AP) — Federal prosecutors will not charge a police officer who shot and killed a woman as she climbed through the broken part of a door during the insurrection at the U.S.

These people were storming the capitol. They killed 1 officer and injured 140 others. There should have been more than 1 protestor killed. She got her justice and her just deserts.

I don't think it sets any precedent. I thought, it was common knowledge that if you are in the act of committing a criminal act, you run the high risk of being killed by police. At least that was the common understanding...until recently...if you are an African-American apparently that risk shouldn't apply...and if you are, it gives the Dem backed insurrectionist reason to loot, assault, rob, burn, and even attempt to overthrow the Govt.
