Today, there are hundreds of "Second Amendment Sanctuary Cities" popping up all over America. They know that Red Flag Laws are coming and Biden has already told the American people he's coming for their guns. The federal government has NO constitutional jurisdiction in deciding who comes and goes within a state. All my life I was taught that it isn't whether you win or lose, it's how you play the game. In this case you want to win, but you want to win at a cost to YOUR overall constitutional Liberties. That's not a very strategic way to go through life.

2. NO, it is not a misdemeanor. You don't get 10 years in a federal prison for a misdemeanor. The penalties range from 5 years to 10 years, to 20 years, to the death penalty. It's all there in detail in POST # 9. No mystery.

And since the passage of the 14th Amendment in 1866, there have been 17 immigration laws passed , all before the 1960s.
