according to the mayo clinic - ND has just over 6% of cases being reported as positive. the CDC has a 5% threshold to consider mitigation of biz'nez /school closings etc to bring the numbers down. maybe a mask mandate will help b4 he needs to consider that.

not to mention he might be looking at SD, who has over a 20% positivity rate & doesn't want to have that to happen to his state.

Hey dumbass, during the recent the oil boom North Dakota saw an extreme rise in residents and a housing shortage for all the new workers. Fargo is a booming city while Moorehead MN is depressed and falling into decay just across the Red River. No state taxes in ND, and MN in the top ten of overburdened state taxes.
