I thought you wingnuts wanted English only. Agriculture use is the big user of water resources and they have no limit.Governor Jerry Brown is at it again, warning all 30 to 40 Million "Cally-Fornian's" To Stop Using Water !!!. He must know that one of the primary culprits are the millions of illegals who have no idea that "Water Isn't Free and Unlimited"!. Maybe he is afraid to warn the illegals of the crisis? Or afraid they will find out that California is out of water and most of them (aka, Democrat Voters) will flee the state? This is so typical of Democrats, whenever there is a crisis of their own making, they don't take responsibility, don't explain how their own liberal policies caused it(like Baltimore!), and look at where Jerry has taken his mess now. California is dry, and gee, anyone wonder why? and wonder who is abusing the "Free Water Resource" in California"?
