According to an interview broadcast by the Saudi-owned Al-Arabiya news channel, prince Abdul Rahman al-Faisal is the ruler of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIS).

According to CIA analyst , Nada Bakos, the philosophical founder of ISIS Iraq was Abu Musab al-Zarqawi. He met with Ben Laden but Ben Laded refused to accept Zarqawi and his troops as part of AlQaeda.

At the time Cheney was pressuring the CIA to claim that Zarqawi , a sunni, residing in northwestern Iraq was the liason agent between Saddam and Ben Laden.

Despite the CIA's finding, Collin Powell went to the UN and claimed that Zarqawi was affiliated with Ben Laden in order to give Bush II a pretext to war.
