....... Where They Are Taking Us

This is an important lesson....to be studied and fully learned.....before you vote in November!
No foolin!!!!!

1. After all the warnings about the untried, unaccomplished novice, Barack Hussein Obama, many of us wondered....'how can the Democrats put America in such danger?'
We warned you.

But we should have known that the Leftist-controlled major party, with it's allies in the media and academia, would be only too happy with a socialist/communist in charge.

Everyone should have recognized warnings such as this:

a. . "The DSA [Democratic Socialists of America] is a political action committee and bills itself as the heir to the defunct Socialist Party of America. It's chief organizing objective is to work within the Democratic Party as the primary, but not sole, method of achieving public ownership of private property and the means of production.

The Democratic Socialists of America boasted in a newsletter to insiders 70 of its members currently serve in Congress,.... the close association between the DSA and the Congressional Progressive Caucus. At that time, the caucus website was actually hosted by the DSA..."
How many socialists sit in Congress today?

If you voted Democrat, your bumper-sticker should read " Ich bin ein Socialist!!!"

b. Here is the current state of affairs:
Sixty percent (60%) of U.S. adults nationwide say that capitalism is better than socialism. A new Rasmussen Reports telephone survey finds that 18% disagree, while 21% are not sure.

Adults under 30 are closely divided on the question. While Republicans and unaffiliated voters overwhelmingly say that capitalism is better, just 43% of Democrats agree. Twenty-four percent (24%) of Democrats say socialism is better.
60 Say Capitalism Better Than Socialism - Rasmussen Reports

c. Once again, no big surprise, but those who favor capitalism or socialism are divided in a partisan way as well. Republicans favor capitalism by an 11-1 margin, while democrats are much more divided on the issue; 39% say they favor capitalism while 30% favor socialism.
Rasmussen Poll Capitalism vs. Socialism 53 Prefer Capitalism Right Pundits

d. The most striking partisan differences come in reactions to the word "socialism." Just 15% of Republicans react positively to "socialism" while 77% react negatively. By more than two-to-one (64% to 26%), independents also have a negative impression of "socialism."

However, Democrats are evenly divided -- 44% have a positive reaction to "socialism" while 43% react negatively
Socialism Not So Negative Capitalism Not So Positive Pew Research Center

e. A 2012 Gallup poll found that 53 percent of Democrats and 39 percent of Americans more generally had a positive reaction to the wordsocialism. Democrats, Republicans Diverge on Capitalism, Federal Gov't

And, btw......difference between 'socialist' and 'communist' depends, largely, upon what day of the week it is.

Let's see how Obama has handled the economy:
Perhaps you should pick up a newspaper once in a while....

1. "...take-home pay for many American workers has effectively fallen since the economic recovery began in 2009, according to a new study by an advocacy group that is to be released on Thursday.
The declines were greatest for the lowest-paid workers in sectors where hiring has been strong — home health care, food preparation and retailing — even though wages were already below average to begin with in those service industries.
“Stagnant wages are a problem for everyone at this point, but the imbalance in the economy has become more pronounced since the recession,”..."http://www.nytimes.com/2015/09/03/b...rkers-see-biggest-drop-in-paychecks.html?_r=0

2. "....US hourly wages have not only not increased for the past 7 years, but for thevast majority of the labor force continue to decline,.... just the month of August will be enough to provide the Trump - and every other - campaign with enough soundbites and pivot points to last it for weeks on end: namely, that in August a whopping 698,000 native-born Americans lost their job. This drop was offset by 204,000 foreign-born Americans, who got a job in the month of August. .... since December 2007, according to the Household Survey, only 790,000 native born American jobs have been added. Contrast that with the 2.1 million foreign-born Americans who have found a job over the same time period..." 698K Native-Born Americans Lost Their Job In August: Why This Suddenly Is The Most Important Jobs Chart | Zero Hedge

4. "Obamacare health insurance co-ops surged past the $1 billion mark in losses this week, making history of sorts. The insolvencies, totaling $1.36 billion, mean that the co-ops have burned through more than half of the original $2 billion appropriated in 2010 for the program under the Affordable Care Act. The funds were loaned to the start-up co-ops in 2012 and were to be repaid in 15 years, according to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, which manages Obamacare.
...13 of the 23 federally-financed Obamacare co-ops have officially failed in only two years. Most are in the process of default as insurance regulators attempt to pay customer’s medical bills, cover medical providers and pay other creditors.

This is a new record, beating the previous high of 136 set by President Obama this spring."

6. "...ObamaCare experiment costing taxpayers $2.4 billionis failing. 7. "The U.S. expanded at a 2.2% rate through the first nine months of the year, and the economy is projected to grow at a similar pace in the fourth quarter that ends on Dec. 31. If so, the economy will have failed to reach 3% growth for the 10th straight year, marking the slowest stretch since the end of World War II.
Historically the economy has expanded at a 3.3% rate." U.S. economy set to grow less than 3% for the 10th straight year

8. "Congress has now cleared the way for federal debt to pass $20 trillion by the end of the president’s second term. President Obama said the new budget deal will be paid for in a “balanced” and “responsible” way, but on the day the deal was signed, the federal debt jumped $339 billion—a third of a trillion dollars in one day."Societywatch

9. The GDPNow model forecast for real GDP growth (seasonally adjusted annual rate) in the fourth quarter of 2015 is 0.8 percent on January 8, down from 1.0 percent on January 6. The forecast for the contribution of inventory investment to fourth-quarter real GDP growth declined 0.2 percentage points to -0.8 percentage points after this morning's wholesale trade report from the U.S. Census Bureau.GDPNow

10. "Retail Sales in U.S. Decrease to End Weakest Year Since 2009 Sales at U.S. retailers declined in December to wrap the weakest year since 2009, raising concern about the momentum in consumer spending heading into 2016. The 0.1 percent drop matched the median forecast of 84 economists surveyed by Bloomberg and followed a 0.4 percent gain in November, Commerce Department figures showed Friday in Washington. For all of 2015, purchases climbed 2.1 percent, the smallest advance of the current economic expansion." Retail Sales in U.S. Decrease to End Weakest Year Since 2009

11. " The federal government heavily subsidizes higher education through a complex system of grants and loans. While the programs are great for colleges — they have enabled an astronomical increase in tuition — they contain few measures holding the institutions accountable to their students. As a result, only 59 percent of students graduate from four-year colleges and universities within six years. Those lucky enough to graduate face another hurdle: 44 percent of recent college graduates occupy jobs which do not require a college degree. Taken together, these numbers suggest that only one-third of college enrollees emerge from the system with both a degree and a relevant job." What "Free" College Can't Fix | Preston Cooper

12. Obama is the first President never to have had a year of 3% or better economic growth: "... annual growth during Obama’s “recovery” has never topped 3%. By comparison, it never fell below 3% during the Reagan recovery. And in the nine years following the 1990-91 recession, GDP grew faster than 3% in all but two. Heck, even Jimmy Carter had some strong growth years." http://www.investors.com/politics/editorials/with-gdp-downgrade-obama-growth-gap-expands/

13. According to the 2016 Index of Economic Freedom, an annual publication by The Heritage Foundation, America’s economic freedom has tumbled. With losses of economic freedom in eight of the past nine years, the U.S. has tied its worst score ever, wiping out a decade of progress. Since early 2009:

· Government spending has exploded, amounting to $29,867 per household in 2015.

· The national debt has risen to $125,000 for every tax filing household in America—a total over $18 trillion.

· The government takeover of health care is raising prices and disrupting markets.

· Bailouts and new government regulations have increased uncertainty, stifling investment and job creation. http://dailysignal.com/2016/01/31/a...rPUfGjI4ASMpgMa+TFAwTG5toziV8R7jHKM1t0sEQWBHm

14 "Despite the unemployment rate being at an eight-year low (4.9 percent as of January 2016), the number of people on food stamps remains near an all-time high which was 47,636,000 in 2013.

Why the disparity in the numbers? Well, the unemployment rate does not take into account people who are not in, or have dropped out of, the workforce altogether.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics reported in January of this year that approximately 94 million Americans are not participating in the workforce.

We now have a country based on government dependence." http://www.mrctv.org/blog/despite-low-unemployment-rate-food-stamp-users-remains-near-all-time-high

16. "Employers added more workers in February than projected but wages unexpectedly declined, dashing hopes that reduced slack in the labor market was starting to benefit all Americans..... Average hourly earnings dropped by 0.1 percent from the prior month, the first decline since December 2014 the Labor Department’s figures showed. Worker pay increased 2.2 percent over the 12 months ended in February, less than the 2.5 percent forecast in the Bloomberg survey. 17. New Obama regulation will deprive middle class investors of access to financial information. "...the controversial pending Department of Labor regulation that would impose new restrictions on a vast swath of financial professionals... a newreport for the Competitive Enterprise Institute, similar restrictions in Great Britain have caused a “guidance gap” in which brokers have largely stopped serving customers with assets less than £150,000 ($240,000).... 18. "U.S. retail sales dropped in February and the prior month’s gain was revised to a decline, calling into question the narrative that bigger gains in consumer spending would propel economic growth at the start of 2016. The 0.1 percent decline in purchases followed a revised 0.4 percent January decrease, Commerce Department figures showed Tuesday.... “We’re seeing higher rents, higher healthcare expenses,.... Retail sales excluding autos fell 0.1 percent after a 0.4 percent decrease in January, according to Tuesday’s report." http://www.bloomberg.com/news/artic...s-fell-in-february-after-january-revised-down

19. "That basic math is why middle class incomes have been in decline under Obama. The Census Bureau reports that since Obama became President 7 years ago, real median household income has fallen by $1,300 a year. Heritage Foundation Chief Economist Steve Moore explained in testimony before the Ways and Means Committee, “At 2 percent growth the economy doesn’t spin off enough jobs to increase wages, and tax revenues grow much too slowly to balance the budget.”

The recession officially ended more than 6 years ago. Wages and incomes have always grown in recoveries, not declined. Moreover, the American historical record is the deeper the recession, the stronger the recovery. The economy is supposed to boom in a recovery to catch up with its long term economic growth trendline. But over 6 years after the recession ended, that still has not happened. Instead, what we have gotten under President Obama is the worst recovery from a recession since the Great Depression." http://limittaxes.org/2016/02/realizing-the-super-bowl-of-american-economic-growth/

20. "8 More Obamacare Co-ops Will Probably Shut Down

12 of the 23 taxpayer funded non-profit co-ops created under the Affordable Care Act were shuttered, and the largest of them is under investigation.

Records obtained by Richard Pollack of the Daily Caller indicate another 8 co-ops might be on their way out this year:
'...there’s not a turnaround in sight. The same problems that plagued them before are continuing,”

21. the United States had lost its once-enormous global lead in middle-class pay, based on international income surveys over the last three decades. 22. Middle aged people laid off and unable to find work are taking another way out. They're killing themselves. Suicide rates are soaring, according to federal data released last week. Especially in economically depressed states and job-starved upstate New York. People in need of work are twice as likely to take their own lives as employed people, and people fired in their forties and fifties find it hardest to get hired again.

That makes boosting economic growth a life- and- death issue. But you wouldn't know it listening to Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. President Obama whitewashes reality, claiming the "American economy is pretty darn good right now."

23. "U.S. Economy Expands to 0.5% Pace, Weakest in Two Years
The U.S. economy expanded in the first quarter at the slowest pace in two years ....Gross domestic product rose at a 0.5 percent annualized rate after a 1.4 percent fourth-quarter advance, Commerce Department data showed Thursday. Underscoring the report's weakness, employers hired 59,000 fewer workers in March and April than previously reported. While the unemployment rate fell three-tenths of a percentage point to 4.7 percent in May, the lowest since November 2007, that was in part due to people dropping out of the labor force."

OMG!!!!

Just one more failure by this tin-pot dictator, the titular head of the LGBT movement, to impose policies that will injure the American people.

Look around....and remember those who put this man in office.

Socialism is great...

How do you think roads get built, Cops get paid, Air is breathable.....

The US is a hybrid country of Capitalism and Socialism... What did you fucking poll say about that....

Did you ask the poll 'Should there be roads?'......

Watch your language.
The vulgarity marks you both as a Liberal, and as have the sense that everything you believe is false.
It is.

All of those functions that you name are due to capitalism.
Or....do you imagine that government 'earns' the money it uses to pay same?

The irony is that the Left has been far more interested in fighting material inequality than tyranny, which is why Lenin, Mao, Pol Pot, Ho Chi Minh, Castro, etc., tend to have the support of Leftists around the world.

Everyone with a brain recognizes that the Left is less interested in creating wealth than in distributing it.

Before criticizing Socialism, I would get a fucking education first and understand what socialism is...

Roads, Military, Police, Education Services... are socialism... You might not like that but not liking something doesn't make it false...

So get to eating that humble pie...

Profanity is the effort of a feeble mind to express itself forcefully.

Clearly, my evisceration of your post has gotten under your skin.

Excellent.

Government helping Capitalists is.....PATRIOTISM
Government helping the people is.....SOCIALISM

Government allowing the middle class (small business) to thrive is the free market that the morons on the left call CAPITALISM.

Government that seduces gullible morons into thinking they actually care for the poor and use the robin hood fairy tale over and over again and creates robotic mindless voters (all designed to acquire power and keep the power they acquired) and then when it fails they blame the capitalists is called SOCIALISM.

The 'spots' are the ones that Leftists can't change.

They are found on socialists, communists, Liberals, Progressives, Nazis and fascists.

Not just cheerful.....exhibiting my usual seraphic calm....

We’re no longer spilling blood by the gallon in Iraq
We’re no longer spilling blood by the gallon in Afghanistan
Bullshit, we're still actively engaged in combat operations in both of those countries and Obama the Warmonger was the one wanted to use military force in Syria before public opinion and Congress forced him to back down, so yeah Obama and Bush, two warmongers sharing the same bloodthirsty brain.

The Dow is up.
Yeah thanks to easy money policy and the fact that companies are now primarily engaging in speculative "investments" (stock buy backs and derivatives speculation) instead of actually investing in capital formation and new businesses, Wall Street is eating the seed corn of future production and the piper will be paid or have you forgotten what happened to the Dow right before the last financial meltdown?

The Deficit is down
Ummm... No it isn't , it's actually increased as future unfunded liabilities and off books agency debt have increased every year under the Obama Administration and given that the structural operating costs of the federal government have increased dramatically the operating deficits are going to EXPLODE when interest rates return to historical norms and/or when the next recession hits the general economy. The Obama Administration, Congress and the Federal Reserve have simply conspired to paper over the financial problems in Washington in the hopes that they won't be around when the shit hits the fan.

Osama is dead
Yeah way to go on making a no-brainer decision that a pre-schooler could have made, personally I'm going to give the credit to all the intelligence professionals that found the bastard and the men & women in Uniform that actually went out and whacked his sorry ass.

GM is alive
Yes thanks to tax-payers General Motors is now a zombie corporation that is holding vast amounts of capital hostage that could be used more productively elsewhere, Congrats to the bail-out mongers, you've managed to make the economy less efficient while blowing a whole bunch of other peoples money in the process.

We can only hope Hillary takes us to the same places…
Yeah I'm quite sure her Royal Majesty will accelerate the trip down the financial hell hole we're currently traveling down if she gets elected, after all she's an enthusiastic supporter and participant in our current state of Oligarchy, maybe she'll choose Donald Trump as her running mate, then we can have TWO war-monger, Oligarchs in the White House, wooohoooo!

PS: Gas is about $2 a gallon as well. Thank your Mr. President.
That's nice and how is that wage growth going for the average American? Seen the doctored jobs creation numbers lately? I'm certainly glad the Big "O" facilitated all that new exploration that created an oil supply glut driving prices down... oh wait that was Private Industry and the OPEC nations, never mind.

Oh, you are one of those that think the Afghanistan war was unjust. Look everyone. A truther.
Hilarious everyone. She claims the Afghan war was an unjust war, and in the same post boasts that obama killed osama. LOL! Can you see the double talk?

What was the price at the pump when BOOOOSH left office? Do you know?

The president added 11 trillion to the debt in 8 years. It was at 10 trillion when he took office. It is over 20 trillion. In 8 years he added more money to the debt than ALL of the other presidents combined.

Ahhhhh, but he reduced the deficit.

2. "In the simplest of terms, Socialists at every level of government are calling for the federal government takeover of the management of American business, health care, education and the American family.

They envision much more than mere renewal or reform; they want to create an entirely new society controlled by a massive Socialist government.

Ludwig von Mises wrote: "On the other hand the application of the basic ideas of collectivism cannot result in anything but social disintegration and the perpetuation of armed conflict. It is true that every variety of collectivism promises eternal peace starting with the day of its own decisive victory and the final overthrow and extermination of all other ideologies and their supporters. ... As soon as a faction has succeeded in winning the support of the majority of citizens and thereby attained control of the government machine, it is free to deny to the minority all those democratic rights by means of which it itself has previously carried on its own struggle for supremacy." [The Fallacy of Collectivism] Socialists in the House: the Progressive Caucus

3. Congressional Progressive Caucus was founded in 1991 by Bernie Sanders-the openly socialist then Congressman from Vermont, Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) and the radical Washington DC based "think tank" Institute for Policy Studies (IPS).

Many members were and continue to be linked to DSA and/or the Communist Party USA, IPS or other radical organizations.

From small beginnings the CPC has grown to embrace more than 80 members of Congress and three in the Senate. Congressional Progressive Caucus - KeyWiki

So....if "Socialism is great!!"....you must feel exactly the same way about communism, fascism and Nazism....as all strive for the very same goals.
