In a recent thread I saw this touted as an achievement of the Obama presidency.
Looks like people spoke a little too soon.

So when you point this out they say "but we have fewer casualties." Yes, we have fewer military casualties but more civilian casualties because ISIS has taken their show to Europe instead of being bogged down fighting the US in Iraq.
