Israel can take out many of Iran's nuclear sites but they can't take them all out.

Even if it were to happen after they build a nuke, it's still better than leaving Israel stranded to do the job on their own. And by the way, the terms of the deal are to intervene before Iran builds a nuke.

The deal is still better than the Republican plan -- which is no plan at all.

And the reality is that the only reason Conservatives/Republicans are against it is because Obama is proposing it. They have absolutely no fucking clue what to do. It wasn't leaked out. Israel not only knew it was being released following a lawsuit based on the Freedom of Information Act, Israel had the opportunity to prevent its release and chose not to. Furthermore, the U.S. officially revealed Israel had nuclear weapons years ago. This is, as is often the case, nothing but the right bloviating.

If Israel could take out Iran's nuclear capabilities, they would ha e done so by now.

Israel does not take orders from the U.S. which are not in their best interest. They also don't put their national security in the hands of other nations, including the U.S. You can be certain, if Israel possessed the capabilities of completely destroying Iran nuclear facilities, they would have done so. They would not have waited until Iran was enriching Uranium or for Obama to cut a deal with Iran.
