Hillary has vowed to end the Constitution through her SCOTUS appointments. If she follows through with that threat then defense of the constitution falls to a well armed populace.

The Bill of Rights stands. the 1st, 2nd, 4th, and in fact all civil rights continue. If Hillary and a scofflaw court move to invalidate them, then they are not a legitimate government.
