A) Licenses are issued by the STATE. The STATE has a right to do so VIA THE 10TH AMENDMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION.

C) The Federal Government mandating we buy healthcare is NOT A POWER GIVEN THEM IN THE CONSTITUTION. The Congress and the Federal Government has no authority to order us to buy anything.

There is a huge difference between what the state has authority to do and what the Federal government has authority to do.

A) Big conglomerates didn't start providing healthcare to "control" us. They did it in response to FDR freezing wage increases during WWII.

Employers, in response, to keep their employees happy found alternative ways to compensate their employees.

Thus, "benefits" were born. Providing healthcare insurance and the like.

By the time the freeze on wage increases was lifted, the damage was done and such benefits were expected.

Employers would LOVE to get out of the healthcare business. That's why a lot of them were for Obamacare.

Your argument lacks any substance in that regard.

The Ryan plan has been completely Misrepresented by your side.

Attempted Recalls are not the same as a recall. Neither Recall will be successful. The Calls to Recall have been almost entirely Driven by Unions who even in those states. Do not represent the Majority of the People. Wis has one of the highest % of union workers in the nations with about 35%, well above the National Average of 21%.

The Democrat only won in NY because of a long time Democrat who ran as a 3rd party "Tea Party" Candidate splitting the GOP Vote. The Democrat who won, got only slightly more than 1% more of the vote than Obama got in the same District when he ran and lost. The Democrat won with less than 50% of the vote.

While the American People clearly not satisfied with the GOP, that does not change the fact that in 2010 the people made a loud and clear statement against the statist, Big Government, Policies Democrats and Obama had been pushing, and still are.

If Democrats think Americans are just going to sweep them back in Because the GOP house, that is unable to do anything on it's own, isn't doing what they want, then they are very diluted.

Why should a healthy individual be forced to pay for someone else's healthcare?

IMO a constitutional ammendment probably is needed if you just take a snap shot of the document. BUT over the last hundred years or so enough constitutional ignoring has occcured that quite a few things would need changed.
