Obamacare, Republican President & the executive pen

You know, the pen Obama has been using to arbitrarily change the law known as Obamacare.

What is the likelihood that if a republican president is elected in 16 that he will utilize the veey pen that Obama has used so many times on this law?

If we're not going to challenge Obama doing this in court what's to stop a republican president from pulling the teeth from this law with the same pen?

Democrats will swear there will never be another Republican president ever.
If there is and he does the same thing Democrats will swear he is taking dictatorial powers and Obama never did such a thing.
