To Republicans "job creation" is code for tax cuts for the rich. We tried that for the last 30 years, and it has not worked. Why? Because 70% of the economy is consumer demand. Putting more and more money in fewer and fewer hands reduces demand. Raise taxes on the rich, cut defense, and balance the budget the way Clinton did. George Bush almost destroyed America. Let's bring it back.
Since the New Deal, Republicans have been on the wrong side of every issue...Medicare, Social Security, equal rights, civil liberties, church state separation, consumer issues, public education, reproductive freedom, national health care, labor issues, gun policy, campaign finance reform, the environment, and tax fairness. No political party could remain so consistently wrong by accident. The only rational conclusion is that, despite their cynical "family values" propaganda, the Republican Party is a criminal conspiracy to betray the interests of the American people in favor of plutocratic and corporate interests, and extremist religious groups.

The New Deal was a piece of garbage. You'll notice that we never had lasting debt problems or a huge tax burden until that nonsense.

Trillions of taxpayer dollars spent with the promise that poverty would be eliminated or at least reduced and that recipients were to receive a helping hand.
As with government entitlements, they never end and they almost never accomplish their intended purpose
The medical devices tax in Obamacare has directly caused this... a loss of 5 new plants and how many jobs, with those jobs going overseas.Cook Medical, an Indiana-based medical equipment manufacturer, last week said it's nixing plans to open five new plants in the next five years -- claiming the tax will cost between $15 million and $30 million a year, cutting into money that would otherwise go toward expanding into new facilities in the Midwest.
"Unfortunately, we have had to shelve these expansion plans and look overseas for that," Allison Giles, vice president for federal affairs with the company, told FoxNews.com. "It's a huge amount for us."
Taxing jobs out of existence - The Washington Post
Bill Hewlett and David Packard, tinkering in a California garage, began what became Hewlett-Packard. Steve Jobs and a friend built a computer in the California garage that became Apples birthplace. Bill Cook had no garage, so he launched Cook Medical in a spare bedroom in an apartment in this university town. Half a century ago, in flight from Chicagos winters, he settled here and began making cardiovascular catheters and other medical instruments. One thing led to another, as things have a way of doing when the government stays out of the way, and although Cook died last year, Cook Medical, with its subsidiaries, is the worlds largest family-owned medical devices company.
In 2010, however, Congress, ravenous for revenue to fund Obamacare, included in the legislation a 2.3 percent tax on gross revenue which generally amounts to about a 15 percent tax on most manufacturers profits from U.S. sales of medical devices beginning in 2013. This will be piled on top of the 35 percent federal corporate tax, and state and local taxes. The 2.3 percent tax will be a $20 billion blow to an industry that employs more than 400,000, and $20 billion is almost double the industrys annual investment in research and development.

Many thanks to George Will for bringing us back to what really matters...the economy and Obama's miserable handling of it.
The whole gay rights thing is just a smoke screen to prevent a discussion about how our liar-in-chief is trying to run from his economic record.
Come on lefties....let's hear the spin.....
Blame this on Booooosssshhhhhh.......
November cannot get here any sooner. If he wins I know what has to be done next if he loses America is saved. for now.

How about this story?
Why Is a Ghost Town Being Built in the Middle of New Mexico?
BBC reports the tech company Pegasus Global Holdings is spending $1 billion in Lea County, New Mexico, to construct a town that will test a wide range of new gadgets and systems:
Anything from smart grids and next-generation wireless networks to self-flushing toilets could be tested in the new town.
The only thing we wont be doing is destructive testing, blowing things up I hope, said Robert Brumley from Pegasus.
Private INDUSTRY...What made this Republic great in the first place....

If they are deciding that a 2.3% tax is to much..and building elsewhere, perhaps they shouldn't see the profit they will make by the increased use of their products thanks to the ACA.
Perhaps there should be a directive to cut government funding and contracts for these unpatriotic companies.
If only Booooosssshhhhh had come up with that idea.
So if Obama is responsible for one part of jobs leaving, who's responsible for the other reasons? Bear in mind jobs have been leaving for quite a bit longer than Obama has been in office. Granted, Obama has only made the situation worse, but he in no way started it or is solely responsible.
