This is the same GOVT that wants to run your HealthCare 100%. It is so fun to spend others' money!

While it may be a nice idea and some poor actually use the phone for business reasons...........let the states do it.

Roughly 3% of the nation is running around with a GOVT paid cellphone. 10.6/330 = 0.032

I am sure there are bigger problems out there to deal with but this seems an easier one to clean up or stop it.
