In Obama's America, the government runs or heavily regulates national healthcare, the banks, 2 car companies, most of the residential mortgage market, and student loans, but magically decided to take a pass on dealing with a Level IV Pathogen. Obama had an opportunity to let the CDC direct a national strategy to deal with a slate cleaning virus by allowing sane and reasonable quarantine, but instead opted to give any deadly virus every chance to infect as many people as possibly.

The TSA, CDC and Customs are all Federal agencies, yet Obama is punting handling Ebola to the States.

Are the State allowed to restrict flights from West Africa? Can the States require a mandatory 21 day quarantine for anyone entering from West Africa?
