(1) The President may employ the armed forces, including the National Guard in Federal service, to--

Looking briefly on that site, I could not find the page you linked. If it's there, it's probably buried deep in the forum somewhere, and represents, as I said, one guy's view. If it's not there, then this guy has ripped off the official site's masthead and is presenting a fraud on one level or another.

There aren't any. Unlike the well-funded "Tea Party", with it's Fox news 24/7 promotion, this is an actual grass roots movement.

Business ceases to be "private" when:

A. It is bailed out by tax payer money.
B. It becomes to big to fail.
C. Tax payer money is funneled into the private coffers.

So you bail them out against the people's wishes (and often the businesses wishes), and then you use that to justify controlling them?

Did you ever think of not bailing them out? it saves so much time and money.

It was a list from a forum post. That's like saying some fantasy list proposed here by an anonymous poster is the official platform of any group.
