...and anyone else who may be a target of its investigation. The FBI is biased against anyone it considers as a possible suspect, a "combative" witness, etc. It's their job, as it is of any law enforcement organization, to be biased toward making arrests and supporting successful prosecutions. Why the hell do you think Miranda rights state that "anything you can can and will be used against you?"

Bias leads to forgone conclusions and discarding evidence that contradicts it

The FBI certainly wasn't biased against the Hildebeast as Comey made it clear to her that she would be exonerated before the "investigation" even began..........

That is COMPLETELY wrong.

See the statue of Justice:

She holds the scales with a blind fold over her eyes. Justice is not biased.

Do you believe they were pro-biased in regards to Hillary C., many do, would you rather that be disregarded?

It can, though it doesn't have to.

I think they wanted to get a conviction against her just as much as with anyone else they might investigate.

The FBI along with all other law enforcement agencies are supossed to be non biased when they allow bias or even perceived bias to come into the picture that puts their integrity and the integrity of their investigations at risk that is not good for them or the country.
