Oh DAMN~Senator Kamala Harris Not a Natural Born Citizen of USA to Constitutional Standards

Senator Kamala Harris’s staff has refused to answer any questions regarding the citizenship status of her parents when she was born. The normal path to becoming a naturalized U.S. Citizen takes five years. Kamala Harris was born in 1964. Her father emigrated from Jamaica to the USA in 1961. Her mother emigrated from India to the USA in 1960. Thus there was not sufficient time for either of Kamala’s parents to become naturalized U.S. Citizens. Kamala’s father eventually became a naturalized U.S. Citizen per his bio. It is not known at this time if Kamala’s mother ever became a naturalized U.S. Citizen. She moved to Canada with Kamala when Kamala was about seven years old. It is possible that Kamala’s mother might have naturalized at some point as a Canadian citizen. Kamala Harris’s mother is now deceased. As I said in the first sentence, Senator Harris is not being transparent on this issue and her office staff has refused to answer any questions on this subject. Given Kamala Harris’s year of birth, and her parents emigration years, she was born in the USA to two foreign nationals and thus inherited their respective birth nation’s citizenship when she was born, in addition to being a basic Citizen by being born in the USA to aliens legally domiciled here. Thus Senator Kamala Harris was born with citizenship and required allegiance at birth to three countries.

You're welcome. You're going to need it.

It's evident to me you don't know simple math.

You're going to need 287 people in the House of Reps to vote for it.

You're going to need 66 Senators to vote for it.

You're going to need 38 states to pass it.

Like I said, good luck with that.

Well, you know, Dana, birthright citizenship hasn't ever been adjudicated. United States vs Wong Kim Ark, did not have anything to do with immigrants who had children on American soil. Why, nothing at all.

The ignorance of this is appalling. You do realize she was born in CA right? Her parents could have been from Mars and it would not have made a difference.

She was BORN HERE.
And YOUR definition of NB doesn't seem to jive with the forefathers!
She was Born in the USA.....Born in the USA
Ok, genius YOU find us a link to what a NB citizen is...not what YOU want it to be!

Read the 14 th Amendment and get back to me

She is a native born citizen
Natural born, come on, even You can't be this dense!

Yes, Oakland California is Natural Born

Trump is native to Jamaica

There is a law school out there operated in the back of Billy Bob Bimbo's garage in Somewhereville, thinking this crap up. I have never seen such "legal" nonsense in any other place than USMB. Birthright citizenship has been, and remains, the law of the United States.

Moreover, there is no practical reason to change it.

No you're wrong. Here's the honest definition of a natural born citizen. I've been through this all before with Obama but funny, no one had any problem with it when ted cruz ran for president. Even though he was born in Canada and his dad didn't have citizenship to America.

What's the definition of natural born citizen?
U.S. citizen at birth

All the sources routinely used to interpret the Constitution confirm that the phrase "natural born Citizen" has a specific meaning: namely, someone who was a U.S. citizen at birth with no need to go through a naturalization proceeding at some later time.

Congress has also ruled that citizenship is subject to certain residency requirements on the parents. Someone born to a U.S. citizen generally becomes a U.S. citizen without regard to whether the birth takes place in Canada, the Canal Zone, or the continental United States.

On the Meaning of “Natural Born Citizen”
You are simply C&Ping a ridiculous article. It's clearly wrong.

Tell that to the legal experts at Harvard and to our court system.
I'm obviously smarter and better educated than them.

No you're not.

If you were in court with them debating the issue the Harvard experts would win.

The courts of America go by that standard.

Take it to court see how far you get.

The legal standard is anyone born in America is a natural born citizen.

But by all means, get a lawyer and go to court with it.

See how far you'll get.

No, it hasn't. It's never been adjudicated. United States vs Wong Kim Ark is the precedent for the assumprion of birthright citizenship, however, the facts in the case didn't have anything to do with parents who had a child on American soil. That case was only adjudicated on the issue of whether Wong's parents were in America legally when he was born.

Nope. Birthright citizenship itself has never been adjudicated. And it is here where we must recall the 14th Amendment phrase "subject to the jurisdiction".

On the meaning of jurisdiction in the 14th- On Citizenship, the ‘Birthers’ Are Right

Placing this into perspective with the Wong Kim Ark case, the author correctly states that
''undocumented immigrants, like foreign tourists, "are subject to our laws by their presence within our borders, but they are not subject to the more complete jurisdiction envisioned by the 14th Amendment as a precondition for automatic citizenship."

For this reason, Eastman argues, the ruling in Wong Kim Ark "does not mandate citizenship for children born to those who are unlawfully present in the United States, and it does not even mandate citizenship for those who are visiting the United States temporarily but lawfully."

Anyway. Birthright citizenship had never been adjudicated. The assumption of birthright citizenshipo needs to be challenged.

I repeat...Status as a natural-born citizen of the United States is one of the eligibility requirements established in the United StatesConstitution for holding the office of President or Vice President. This requirement was intended to protect the nation from foreign influence.

She is a natural born citizen of the United States as far as I know.

The fact that you are so blinded by your hatred that you will lie or feign stupidity is very telling. I am not a fan of her politics by any stretch of the imagination, but I would not lie and make shit up about her just to prove that.
You know, I enjoy a child"s rants when debating,it makes you look like an ass, I didn't start calling you names, child until you opened your mouth. Noe, from all I can find on the net is that it has NEVER been decided what NB means...now child, give us some links to that COURT decision or interpretation of the 14 amendment... And you are supposed to be 57, seems one digit was added by mistake!

Noe? What does that mean?

I didn't call you names in that post. I said you were stupid, which you have proven without a doubt.

I guess that means you have given up.
The w is next to e on a small android, I have big hands. Perhaps if you answered without calling people stupid, or moron you'd be responded to in a different manner....Now ask again where has that NATURAK BORN definition been settled....try to concentrate!

The "w'" is next to the "e" on all standard "QWERTY" keyboards. Did you not know that?

The term means exactly what it says. It's not like Bill Clinton argues over what the meaning of the term "is" is!

She was born in the United States and is thus a natural born citizen of the United States. Why are you obfuscating and throwing feces into the game?
The natural-born-citizen clause has been mentioned in passing in several decisions of the United States Supreme Court, and by some lower courts that have addressed eligibility challenges, but the Supreme Court has NEVER directly addressed the question of a specific presidential or vice-presidential candidate's eligibility as a natural-born citizen. Many eligibility lawsuits from the 2008, 2012, and 2016 election cycles were dismissed in lower courts due to the challengers' difficulty in showing that they had standing to raise legal objections! Additionally, some experts have suggested that the precise meaning of the natural-born-citizen clause may never be decided by the courts because, in the end, presidential eligibility may be determined to be a non-justiciablepolitical question that can be decided only by Congress rather than by the judicial branch of government.

While the sane among us laugh at you.

This ishardly what the founders and framers intended whenthey selected the “naturalborn Citizen” requirement for the person who would in the future be permitted tobe the President and Commander in Chief of our military, once the foundinggeneration was gone.
As per ‘Principles of Natural Law‘ in place at the time of the founding of ourcountry and when the founding documents including theU.S. Constitution werewritten, a ‘natural born Citizen’ is one born in the countryto parents who are bothCitizens (born Citizens or naturalized Citizens) of that country when their child isborn in the country. See ‘The Three Legged Stool Test‘ for a graphic presentation ofthis constitutional requirement as to who can be President and Commander in Chiefor our military. See theEuler Diagram shown to the right for a logic diagrampresentation of this constitutional requirement.
U.S. Senator Kamala Harris is NOT a ‘natural born Citizen” of the United States to constitutional standards sinceboth of her parents were foreign nationals who wereNOT U.S. citizens when Senator Harris was born in the USA. She is missing twolegs of the three legs of the ‘natural born Citizen’ test. She is of course a basic“Citizen” at birth per theWong Kim Ark legal decision by the U.S. Supreme Courtof 1898, and as such she is eligible to be a U.S. Senator, but she is not a “naturalborn Citizen” at birth, and thus is NOT eligible to be President and Commander inChief of our military or the Vice President, per our U.S. Constitution. She inheritedmultiple allegiances at birth due toher parents being foreign nationals living in theUSA when she was born. Senator Kamala Harris did not havesole allegiance andunity of citizenship at birth to the USA and only the USA.

You can’t just pull your own rules for citizenship out your ass and declare she’s not a citizen. The woman is born in the USA and hence she is a natural born citizen. Her parents citizenship st the time of her birth is irrelevant. That’s why they refer to the children of illegal immigrants as “anchor babies” because the children born of immigrants in the USA are American citizens by birth.

You are wrong. A natural born citizen of the USA is somebody who was born in the USA to parents who were citizens of the USA.

At least one must be a US citizen*.

Nope! Where did you get that silly idea? If that were true there would be no such thing as anchor babies!

Anchor babies are a product of an Executive order, their citizenship is nonexistent according to the Constitution.

Which executive order would that be?

Unfortunately, you are wrong according to the current interpretation of the 14th Amendment. Have a nice day! :D

I was wrong, you are right. If she can prove she was born in the US, it's a done deal. See part "F" here:

8 U.S. Code § 1401 - Nationals and citizens of United States at birth
The 14th Amend. Deals PRIMARILY with people born outside of the U.S.....calling someone Nationals does NOT define A NATURAL BORN citizen...check it out again.

Wrong as usual. An American citizen can be natural born, and native born, 2 different things.

Status as a natural-born citizen of the United Statesis one of the eligibility requirements established in the United States Constitution for holding the office of President or Vice President. This requirement was intended to protect the nation from foreign influence
