Except we have psycho gun states hand guns out of vending machines . Why should another state deal with their shitty vetting ?

Is there a state that gives out drivers licenses without a driver test?

Our state requires a lot of background checks (and training) to have a CCW here. I went to get mine renewed just last year. Had to provide a new passport picture for the update, had to be electronically fingerprinted AGAIN, had to fill out forms saying I haven't been in any legal trouble since my first CCW license.

All you do is talk about what assholes college kids are . Now you want those assholes armed !?

Being an asshole is certainly no reason to set up an environment for assholes to get gunned down.

Since the passage of our CCW laws, it's been working out very well. On several occasions an armed person was either able to protect themselves or others because they were legally armed. More than that, our laws cater to the victim and not the criminal the way it was before our CCW laws were enacted.

More guns equals less violence. When our Cavs won the championship last year, a million people flooded downtown with virtually no related incidents. Same goes with hosting the Republican Convention which was predicted to be a blood bath by you leftists. The police setup outside cages to keep the prisoners in until the patty wagons got there. The cages were empty the entire time.

You'd be surprised at how much respect a person with a gun gets.

good deal people are starting to wake up from the libtards poisonous ideas

Our state has been slowly advancing the liberty of carrying and using firearms. It started out slow, first with the passage of CCW's. But they were still restricted in many places and inside your car, the gun had to be in a compartment, on person, or in a locked box. Today, no holster is needed and we can ride around with our loaded gun right on the passenger seat. Great deterrent for car jackers.

They eventually merged our Castle Doctrine with carrying in your car. Now, your car is considered your second home. If somebody tries to break into your car, it's the same as somebody trying to break into your house. Shoot to kill is legal here.

Which states are you talking about?

Most of the red ones .

You're so fulla shit your eyes are brown.

Post a link that proves your assertion that most red states sell guns out of vending machines.

And you wonder why most of us think Liberals are idiots. By using your fingers, you proved us correct.

Why don't you perform your next trick, open you mouth and make your face disappear.

Brilliant. You allow people who's idea of freedom of expression is to get drunk and burn couches when their team wins (or loses) to carry guns on campus.

Wrap your hatred for the 2nd amendment in whatever you want but its still going to happen. I would rather go to jail or get a ticket for carrying on campus than being killed because a law that is illegal says I can't carry it.

Nobody "allows" them to burn anything. They just get drunk and do it anyway. But because they do, is that a reason to disarm them and make them vulnerable to an attack by a maniac?

Don't you think beer and guns aren't going to mix well?

that certainly is great news and what should be considered common sense laws

We are Republican led so common sense is taking charge. After all, when we see a situation when a group of people get attacked by terrorists, we allow the citizens to arm. In a liberal city or state, they would want more gun control to disarm more of the public.

But then again, when have liberal policies ever made any sense?

no not really

almost all of their liberal ideas are hazardous to the people

People (college kids) don't stay drunk 24/7. Our laws strictly forbid the use of public carry while consuming any amount of alcohol; not even one sip.

A driver's license in every state requires one to pass a written test and a driving test.

Requirements for a conceal carry permit vary from nothing but an application to a written test and a shooting test. Why on earth do you think they are equivalent? And why should a state with strict requirements be forced to accept permits from a state with lax requirements?

And people always obey the laws. There are some situations where guns don't mix well, bars and schools.

Well a year or so ago we did lift bans for CCW's in bars and public places where alcohol is served. Yeah, the same old leftist complaints came out how drunks will be shooting people at bars, but like all their other predictions, just scare tactics that never materialized.

If people are not going to obey our gun laws, they will violate them with or without a CCW permit.

No state is forced to accept CCW permits from any other state. It's the states decision whether to allow them or not.

I cannot agree with lifting bans for guns in bars, it's literally asking for trouble.

It sounds, though, from the post I responded to, that that is what they want.
