I find it sad and feel sorry for people on both sides when in instances like these their thoughts turn to politics.

Democrats are used to controlling the message. Not confronting that is why Republicans have done so poorly. And Trump is a result of people being tired of letting them do that. You can feel that way, but their lies have to be challenged immediately. Look at what they do to the NRA every time.

Of course he was school staff. He was the armed resource officer who was based there. When you say shot by the "police," you're giving a misleading implication that calling and waiting for the cops was a better solution ... even though the first three who arrived help that armed resource officer direct traffic ...

Somebody brought that up earlier. One resource officer for every 800-1000 should suffice.

Parkland should have had 2-3 already on campus.
