Once again, let us see examples of what Seattle and California have become under democrat/socialist policies

Why hasn't the minimum wage kept up with inflation?

Republicans since Regan have refused to raise the minimum wage, instead raising "earned income credits" instead. The minimum wage, which was already falling far behind the cost of living by 1980, has only been raised 9 times in the past 40 years, and seldom with a Republican in the Oval Office. The last increase was 2009.

During the same time 40 year time frame, executive compensation has increased over 1000% - despite the three big economic crashes.

You not only failed to illustrate causation. You failed to show correllation!
hahhahahahahaha
double talk babble shit
you failed to refute my points
hahahahhahahah

Your maps don't support your narrative

Just look at how poor the states are that solidly vote Republican
hahhahahahahahahahahahah ---you are not that smart
they might be poor---but the price of living is LESS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DUH
Cali = poor AND price of living HIGH =DUH = more of a shithole

like you said = mapS.....they both tell the story---that's why I posted both
hahahahhahahahahahhahahaaha

that is like 2 states out of 50. the rest of the states show the opposite being the case.
wtf are you babbling about????
plain and simple-undeniable -Cali high poverty---high priced

I lived in Cali when I was in Marines. It was a nice place back then with Republican governor.
I lived in the Bay area '86-'91. George Deukmejian was the Republican governor at that time. You never really heard much about him; he was overshadowed by President Reagan, a Hollywood Californian and former governor.

As anyone can plainly see, only California and illinois have both high poverty (medium by that chart, actually) and are listed as "Expensive"

Your assertion therefore has been debunked by the information that you provided
just like a liberal--denying facts.....hahahahahhahahaha

9 out of 10 of the poorest states are red states.

hHahhhhhhahahahhahahah--you don't pay attention--cannot think correctly
look at what I said--there are TWO maps
..they might be poor--but the price of living is not as high!!! DUH
...with Cali--it is poor AND the price of living is high --so, you are double fkd there----poor and HIGH prices vs poor with low prices

California is only expensive near the coast.
Once inland, its cheap.

It is pretty expensive throughout california. It has more to do with the climate than anything else

Illinois on the other hand gets WAY cheaper the farther one gets from Chicago. I've actually contemplated moving to southern Illinois, because it is so inexpensive there.

Slab City is free to live in. Its a shithole in the desert on southeast side of salton sea, but its free.
Basically the desert is ultracheap to live in. But just go 100 miles to the west, its expensive coast.
perhaps youre unware that calfornia land area is 164 thousand square miles.

Ah, the desert. I've only researched the habitable portions.

I guess it is kinda reasonably priced near Bakersfield too, but the air quality is notorius there.

You get what you pay for.

I guess it depends on one's priorities. I'm not much of a city person, so I think I'd be okay with it. The same substances are legal there that are legal here in the PNW, too.
