Republicans used to support privacy. Those days are over. They are ending for Democrats also outside of this one issue.

The thing is, there is no "Right to Privacy" in the constitution.

These laws should have been struck down because they are impractical.... For the same reason prostitution laws should be struck down, drug abuse laws, etc.
