Pelosi accuses Trump of a ‘coverup’

We nderstand you were told to say she's not attractive. But is she wrong? Do you deny a coverup?

And if so, how is n the face of all the subpoena denials?

Accusations are not proof and Trump is under no obligation to prove his innocence.
Trump does not hold the constitutional power to deny congressional subpoenas. The Congress holds the constitutional authority to hold hearings on the Mueller Report. Congress has the right to the Notre report. Congress holds the right to call witnesses. Barr and the DoJ does not have the constitutional power to deny congressional, subpoenas.

Congress is a co-equal branch of government. Have you and other Trumpians ever read that constitution? Not just the second amendment, but all that other stuff that comes before it.

Congress does not have the right to abuse subpoena power for political purposes.
It's the Federal Court's decision to decide if Congress is abusing subpoena power by denying a specific subpoena in a court ruling. Nowhere in xhe, Constitution is the Executive Branch given authority to make that decision.

Nowhere in the Constitution does it say that Congress can use subpoenas to void Executive Privilege.

I posted the SC ruling on that issue yesterday -

you are fos ....

You are a moron, and have an incredibly over-inflated sense of yourself if you think I bother to read every single piece of drivel you post.

simple - I'm correct and you are an idiot.

The Internal Revenue Code contains a lengthy section that generally protects the confidentiality of tax returns/return information and prohibits their disclosure by government employees. The provision Rep. Neal is using is a specific statutory exception from that disclosure prohibition. That exception says that the secretary of the Treasury (or his delegate) “shall furnish” the chairman of the Ways and Means Committee with any tax return or return information requested in writing.

Congress trumps the POTUS.

The view of political purposes is a narrow one considering the obstructive acts of this president. The Mueller Report says it did not exonerate Trump. Let's find out why and how.

Oh blah blah blah so sleepy.....zzzzzz

Trump did not collude with Russia. He did not obstruct the investigation into a non-existent crime.
Have you read Mieller? Or are you just going by talking points laid down by Barr? Where are you getting your information?

In McGahn's case, privilege was waived.

I read it. No collusion and despite the excessive moonbat commentary, no obstruction either. And - no indictments.

I blame t-ball and participation trophies for the Left's unattractive inability to lose with grace and dignity.

Pelosi accuses Trump of a ‘coverup’ as tensions mount

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Wednesday accused President Donald Trump of being “engaged in a coverup” amid a tense standoff between White House and the Democratic-controlled House over access to sensitive documents and testimony from key advisers.

“We do believe it is important to follow the facts. We believe no one is above the law, including the president of the United States,” Pelosi told reporters in a brief statement after a meeting with other Democrats. “We believe the president is engaged in a coverup. A coverup.”

Typical dumbass liberal drama, cover up of what?
Felony Obstruction of Justice. Violations of Oath.
How come there's never any real proof, ya liar?

No, it wasn't. That's just the spin you loons are attempting.

Don the Con lost today. Showed himself...again... to be a fool and buffoon, a petulant crybaby, an immature doofus.
Um, you're the one whining and crying because Trump is President. Pitiful thing.

McGahn testified to the grand jury and executive privilege was waived. Stuff Fox doesn't tell you.
