It's the Federal Court's decision to decide if Congress is abusing subpoena power by denying a specific subpoena in a court ruling. Nowhere in xhe, Constitution is the Executive Branch given authority to make that decision.Trump does not hold the constitutional power to deny congressional subpoenas. The Congress holds the constitutional authority to hold hearings on the Mueller Report. Congress has the right to the Notre report. Congress holds the right to call witnesses. Barr and the DoJ does not have the constitutional power to deny congressional, subpoenas. We nderstand you were told to say she's not attractive. But is she wrong? Do you deny a coverup?
And if so, how is n the face of all the subpoena denials?
Accusations are not proof and Trump is under no obligation to prove his innocence.
Congress is a co-equal branch of government. Have you and other Trumpians ever read that constitution? Not just the second amendment, but all that other stuff that comes before it.
Congress does not have the right to abuse subpoena power for political purposes.
Nowhere in the Constitution does it say that Congress can use subpoenas to void Executive Privilege.
I posted the SC ruling on that issue yesterday -
