Barletta is going down and Republicans will likely lose several seats in the House. The midterm will clearly be a referendum on Trump especially in the suburbs. Democrats picked up several seats in local races last November in the Philadelphia suburbs and in some instances for the first time ever. Also the midterms will likely be run under a new congressional map was the old one was overturned by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
