A Russian fighter jet collided with a U.S. drone flying in international airspace on Tuesday, sending the uncrewed aircraft crashing into the Black Sea, the U.S. military announced.

We rarely hear about how often U.S. drones are flying in international airspace. That is the secret war of the military industrial complex.

It obviously wasn't a "collision" as such. Maybe the Russian pilots watched "Top Gun" because it looked like a Maverick maneuver. A couple of bored Russian pilots came up on this unmanned monstrosity and played with it for a while. They didn't want to shoot it down because that would be too provocative so they flew close enough to clip a propeller. The U.S. is getting outflanked on every front under the doddering old fool and all we can do is send a couple of fat assed Pentagon types out to whine about it for the cameras.

This was an intentional take-down and heist of a US drone / UD drone technology.

The UAV is rather large - no way for the pilot to NOT see it. It is not nearly as maneuverable - was on a steady pre-programmed flight path.

The video shows the jet making an intentional intercept, striking the surveillance craft to take it down.

The Russians 'conveniently' had a ship capable of recovering in the immediate vicinity just waiting for the drone to hit the water.
