There is very little doubt. Donald J. Trump is working hard at being the biggest jerk on the planet!

Otherwise, this is kind of what always happens in an electoral count. The Urban locations report last because they have more votes to count.

It usually takes a week to get a complete count of all votes. States are usually called based on projections, not actual complete vote counts.
