Permanent injunction against 10 round magazine ban? In California? Excellent....

I love the term "military grade". The military often if not always buys from the low bidder. My Colt M4 Carbine/LE6920 (civilian version) is higher quality than what the military buys. It is "civilian grade". While the AR-15 is not used by the military, if used in an armed conflict then it officially becomes a "weapon of war", which is the other term the Left loves to harp on. Lol!

Wrong.

‘Liberty’ has nothing to do with magazine capacity – or guns, for that matter.

Our liberty is protected by the Constitution, its case law, and the rule of law, not guns.

Guns are for individual self-defense from crime – not to ‘overthrow’ a government incorrectly perceived to have become ‘tyrannical.’

There is nothing in Second Amendment jurisprudence that authorizes insurrectionist dogma – the Framers did not amend the Founding Document to authorize the destruction of the Constitution and Republic they had created.
No, they intended the Second to authorize the destruction of the tyranny which would destroy the Constitution and Republic. They quite clearly said so.

At least make a token effort to keep up.
That’s strange
It says something about well regulated militias
It is the Constitution that destroys tyranny
Did the Founding Fathers just write documents to free themselves from the British?

No.

They shot them. With guns.
They wrote a Constitution to make armed insurrection unnecessary

They made the first amendment more powerful than the second
Lol
The first amendment is powerless without the Second Amendment you fucking retard

Show me a case where the first amendment ever needed the second amendment for enforcement

The first amendment makes the second amendment unnecessary in defending our freedom

Total bullshit
Military weapons go through extensive testing to prove they can survive in harsh military conditions around the world
The military buys from the lowest bidder who can meet their demanding specifications

Just the existence of the Second Amendment is needed... obviously

Never say never

The judge found the law unconstitutional. That means it is in violation of the right enumerated in the Bill of Rights.

Liberals hate the Constitution. It gets in the way of making this country a Socialist shithole, which they desire so much.

You now have the liberty to shoot up a classroom full of first graders
That can happen with any firearm.

I’m with you...

Why should someone involved in a mass killing have to reload?

Didn't watch the video did you ?

I’m with you brother

Why should someone have to stop killing just to reload?

Actually, if you analyze it, the problem is that people are killing. Why don't we regulate that? Oh yeah...

But 20 and 30 round mags aren't large capacity. They are and always have been standard sizes
When you purchased an AR-15, the standard mag was the 20 round. The 30 round was a special order.
Funny... all mine have come with 30s...
The reason the 30 round isn't offered as standard is that it puts more of a stress on the AR than it's designed to take when you have to handle it a little rough
This claim has no basis in reality; the 30rd mag is standard for the M16A2 and they have no issue with "rough treatment".
But it appears that 15 seems to be the overall accepted minimum and meets the Heller Test that's pretty well been established.
You say this knowing fulll well it is false.
Read what you just typed. You used the M-16 as the weapon for the 30 round. I used the civilian AR-15 that isn't made nearly as well as the Military Grade M-16.
Another claim you know you cannot support
The normal AR-15 comes with a 20 round mag.
In 1965 maybe. Now, whenever sold where such things are legal, they either have no mag, or a 30rd mag.
And if you buy that 500 buck AR, it's not as rugged as the Military Grade.
Another claim you know you cannot support
The 30 round mag puts extra stress on the gun when in a rough handled situation while the 20 doesn't so much.
Another claim you know you cannot support
Why do you make shit like this up?
LOL, you can't win this one with insults....
Since I fully believe in allowing people - such as yourself - who have no idea what they're talking about embarrass themselves as much as possible, I 'll give you the opportunity to prove for your claim that 30-rd magazines "put more of a stress on the AR than it's designed to take when you have to handle it a little rough".

But, we know you won't, because you know you can't.

Let the avoidance begin... er... continue.

I am perfectly willing to regulate which people gain access to guns

Every day, moron. Just look at Venezuela. Do you imagine Maduro would still be in power if the civilians were armed?

That's not the issue. The issue is that murder is illegal and yet you repeatedly advocate shooting children. If we start regulating who an gain access to guns, we need to start with you.

The legal term for Military Grade is parts purchased from either Colt or FL who build all the parts to the M series of the AR. You are incorrect about the parts for the M-16 going to the lowest bidder. Only parts made to Military Specs are called Military Grade. You will notice that some ARs have certain parts that say "Military Grade" on them. Those parts are purchased from Colt or FN. The legal term is Military Specs. You can buy Mil Spec or Mil Grade from Colt and FN to upgrade any AR clone out there. It almost always fits. If it doesn't that's a might poorly built AR clone and should be melted down quickly before you hurt yourself.

Except for about 3 parts, there is no difference between a M-16 and a long LE6920 or a M-4 or a short LE5920. With the exception of some stamping on the side. All 4 are of the absolute best quality you can buy. If you are trying to lump your 500 buck piece of crap with these, you really need to do a reality check. And it takes exactly the same amount of money to built all 4 since they are, essentially, taken from the same parts bins.

You have yet to provide any reason for a 50 round magazine other than slaughtering school children

You need 50 rounds to hunt squirrels?
