Your average middle-class residents couldn't afford this property because the costs of taxes, insurance, and the mortgage comes to more than middle-class wages. Never mind utilities, transportation, food, clothing. You could barely qualify for this property if you made $150,000. I don't think a Commie like Bernie is hurting for money right now. He's getting rich off of a populist movement designed to attack people like himself. And the kicker is this is just his vacation home, not his primary residence.
