POLICE STATE: School Cop Chokes Child Unconscious; Causes Brain Damage...

...Either see what's coming - or don't. That's YOUR choice.

The irony here is that what you "see coming" (or as "already [here]") is exactly where all this manufactured public outrage over the falsely perceived uptick in police brutality is leading us. It's nothing more than the latest incarnation of the power elite's favorite ploy - problem, reaction, solution. Perceived Problem: local law enforcement is out of control! Public Reaction: outrage, protests, and demands that something be done about it. Solution: more state and federal controls over all levels of law enforcement.(I.E. the consolidation of forces ultimately under a single banner which has proven time and again that serving the interests of 'the people' is among the last things for which it truly stands). Whether to face or turn away from the reality of the situation, well, that's your choice.

the parent will sue and will collect...the school is the guardian ad litum....most likely the 'resource officer' is not an employee of the school but of the police department therefore they have no right to detain a child nor be alone with said child....from the film you see a total over reaction by the police man.....simple as that...he should lose his position working at the school

contrary to popular belief those police officers are not there to protect but to try to arrest students...or more harass kids...i see a middle school kid acting like a middle school kid and an adult being a fucking bully

That's exactly the point of this thread and all the cop hater threads posted by this jackass. You'll never ever see this guy posting a story about a cop saving a life, pulling money out of their own pockets to help somebody, or any other such story even though the internet has them in abundance. Paulitician wants one thing, for everyone to share in his hatred for cops and his dream to someday shoot a cop.

The cop was assaulted, plain and simple, but his actions in return were over zealous. He could have arrested that kid without doing what he did.

Ha. Fuck that fat brat thug student. He picked a fight and lost. Hes a future Mik Brown.

Yeah, you would take that 'tude...In your eyes it's justifiable to use excessive force on anyone for any reason..If the fuckin' pigs that apply and get these jobs have so much lack of discipline controlling their actions then they deserve the jail time or a bullet..

Ah...you joined the crowd saying cops deserve a bullet now huh? Classy. Hope you pull a Mike Brown one day too.

It is just as likely a kid would push a teacher down at some time during school. What would happen to such a teacher who retaliates and chokes a the kid like that? Without a doubt, that teacher would get a fairly lengthy prison sentence. Right?

Did you know that assaulting a peace officer is a felony?

You didn't know that, did you?

I hadn't thought about it, but yea, the consequences of a felony like that are not nearly as bad for a young boy as compared to an adult.

No. Teachers arent law enforcement. Its why...sadly....society demanded cops be put in schools. If teachers were allowed to discipline these thug brats we wouldnt need cops in schools.

Incorrect. A felony is a felony no matter who commits it, and a boy old enough to be charged as an adult is lucky that all he got was a temporary choking out.

There is no way on earth this boy is going to be charged as an adult for this assault, and the record will for sure be expunged when he becomes of age.

No way on earth? Juveniles who commit adult crimes get charged as an adult all the time according to various state laws.

So do you want to stick with "no way on earth"?
