Again you are on the wrong side because you are not paying attention to detail.
First of all, look at the over all history of Russia.
They do not have the colonial imperialist tradition of invading or looting other countries like Spain, France, England, and the US do.
Second is that Gorbachev granted the Ukraine independence in 1992, but on conditions.
For example, the Ukraine was supposed to not steal oil from the Russian pipelines running through the Ukraine.
The Ukraine was supposed to leave alone the millions of ethnic Russians living in the Ukraine since Khrushchev gave Russian provinces to the Ukraine in 1955.
And the Ukraine was not supposed to join any alliance hostile to Russia.
The Ukraine violated all of these conditions and then HAD to be invaded.
Putin had no choice in the matter, at all.
Do you think Putin should let the Kyiv continue to steal oil, murder ethnic Russians, and put NATO nukes on Russia's border?

Those are wars where the US murdered innocent people, in order to get their oil and other resources.
The US veterans were the bad guys.
