BREAKING: Florida Judge Aileen Cannon snaps at Special Counsel Jack Smith with a testy response to Smith’s filing warning Judge Cannon not to be “manipulated” by Donald Trump into delaying his trial until after the 2024 election.

Today, Judge Aileen Cannon fired back at Smith, shamelessly telling Smith that she’s didn’t even bother to read his filing because it is 19 words too long.

Judge Cannon told Special Counsel Smith that his filing “may not exceed 200 words” — and then put Smith on notice that if he submits any more filings that are too long for her liking, “it will be stricken without further notice."

Clearly, this is just another naked attempt by Judge Cannon to play dumb and help Trump delay his trial until after the election.

Instead of responding to the content of Smith’s filing, which attempted to warn her that Trump was doing everything in his power to delay Smith’s other trial in D.C., Judge Cannon decided to attack the messenger.

Her true intentions couldn’t by ANY clearer.

BREAKING: Donald Trump is hit with more devastating news as former Trump State Department appointee Federico Klein is sentenced to a whopping 70 months in federal prison, a major development in the aftermath of the January 6 insurrection.

But it gets even worse for Trump…

Klein was convicted on 8 felony counts, including assaulting Capitol police officers, violent entry, disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds, and obstruction of Congress.

What makes this case even more alarming is the evidence presented during Klein's trial. Messages he sent before storming the US Capitol reveal his sinister intent. In one message, he declared, "Hell yea I'm going [to the January 6 rally. I'm a Trump appointee." This sheds light on his motivation, as the Department of Justice argued that he was likely driven by a personal benefit, specifically his continued employment as a political appointee within the Trump Administration.

Klein's involvement on January 6 went far beyond passive participation. Prosecutors noted that he played a direct role in the violence, wedging a police riot shield in between Capitol doors, effectively aiding the rioters in breaching the building.

Additional court documents detailed how he "violently shoved the shield into an officer's body in an attempt to breach the police line," contributing to the chaos and endangering the lives of law enforcement officers.

Klein's arrest came after the FBI received valuable tips from members of the public who identified him from photos of insurrectionists released by the bureau. Even his mother, Cecilia Klein, was unaware of her son's arrest until she was contacted by Politico for comment, highlighting the secretive nature of his involvement.

Before his role as a special assistant in the State Department's Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs in 2017, Klein worked on Donald Trump's 2016 presidential campaign. This history underscores the connections between the Trump campaign and those who later participated in the events of January 6.

BREAKING: Judges drop the hammer on Ivanka Trump by rejecting her desperate attempt to exploit her children to postpone her testimony in her father's massive civil fraud trial.

Sorry Ivanka, no special treatment for you...

An appeals court rejected her legal filing that argued that she will be unable to testify in New York in the middle of the school week because she lives in Florida with her children. She claimed that she would "suffer undue hardship."

It was a transparent attempt to avoid testifying from a woman who clearly doesn't want to be pulled down into the muck with her crooked father.

The court rejected the preposterous claim and now she will be compelled to testify next Wednesday. She can choose to either spill the beans about her father's company — or she can perjure herself and risk a felony prosecution.
