Nothing wrong with longevity, just as long as the person in the job is a righteous and just individual. We need to hold on to great talent and good leadership, but get back to a point where we can fire the bad people without blinking an eye. If he hadn't of joined in with the lies about Putin in order to try and isolate or destroy his political rival Trump, then he would have kept the diplomacy door open with Putin in hopes to sway him to knock it off in Ukraine, but we know why he destroyed that bridge.
