Countries where drugs have been legalized have a lower rate of drug addiction and drug use. Countries like Amsterdam where weed is legal, many of the nationals don't even smoke it. Its only the tourist who come from counties where it is banned who smoke it.

Legalizing drugs would also make drug addicts more comfortable and open to sg aeeking treatment.

Throwing a drug addict in jail does nothing to help them.

Most drug addicts are thrown in jail if they are dealing, not for using.

Mass immigration has always been bad for those with real jobs in this country. From 1820 to the Civil War era and beyond native whites who had been here 3 generations or more got shorter in height and their mortality rates climbed 15%, epidemics and depressions got more and more deadly, etc.
